Version 1.10 released

Dear friends,
      Believer's Desktop Companion 2007, Version 1.10 is now available via the revision control system. This release introduces a new capability in the Original Languages Bible module: each word of the Hebrew and Greek Bibles has a hypertext link to a reference window identifying the word according to Strong's Hebrew and Greek lexicons, respectively. Additionally, for Greek verbs, tense, mood, and voice is given, while for Hebrew verbs, stem and tense (or part of speech) is identified. Also, for the Hebrew Bible, kethiv-qere pairs are identified and noted with hypertext reference. Technical details for these features are elaborated in the system documentation.

Update on Strong's Greek available

      I have posted an update to the Strong's Greek module. Use your revision control facility by doind a right click on the bookshelf and choosing "Network..." and "Get latest version". Or just download and install this module:

Oops! Correction to BDTC 1.08

        Well, the best-laid plans... Alas, there is a small but fatal flaw in the new release of Believer's Desktop Companion 2007. But it is easily fixed.
        The problem has to do with the daily prayer module. If the user selects "Always load this book" or "Always launch this book" for the daily prayer module, the system will never load properly again. This is due to a technical parameter that needs to be corrected. Just download and install this module:

and the problem will go away. This correction is also present in the complete system installation package:

         http://www.cqod.com/BDCompKJV108.exe

No other features are affected.
